Not all extraction is equal — pulling water off a surface and actually removing it from carpet pad, subfloor, and wall cavities are different jobs entirely. Our Water Extraction crews do the second one.

Different surfaces hold water differently — concrete, hardwood, and carpet pad each need their own extraction technique and dwell time, not a single generic approach applied to all three.
None of this changes for a small job either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
Truck-mount capacity handles larger losses without slowing down partway through.
We test multiple points across the affected area before calling extraction complete.
Local staging near Smyrna cuts the wait between your call and equipment arriving.
You know the number before extraction starts, based on what we actually find.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
We weigh larger sections before and after extraction to confirm actual moisture removal.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
We flag salvageable contents before starting so you're not guessing what to keep.
A final moisture sweep confirms target levels were actually reached before we leave.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
A technician assesses the scope on-site and provides a written flat-rate quote before any work begins.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
We don't cherry-pick which water extraction jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.

Micah S., Smyrna"The pad testing caught moisture the carpet surface alone never would have revealed."

Zora P., SmyrnaIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 19977, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Smyrna address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
Service boundaries are based on realistic response time, not an arbitrary line on a map.
